ACQUISITION BOLSTERS AJILON’S D.C. CAPABILITIES
Towson,
Maryland--April 25, 2002--Ajilon announced today the acquisition of Rockville, Md.-based MYTA
Corporation, a privately held information technology (IT) consulting and
staff augmentation firm servicing the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed by company
officials.

MYTA’s staff of
190 consultants will significantly strengthen Ajilon’s presence
in the D.C. marketplace. In addition, Ajilon will now have enhanced resources to more
effectively service larger accounts along with its current mix of private
and government clients.
